We began day 2 by visiting the lovely Chateau des Charmes Winery, just about 15 minutes away from Niagara Falls. When we arrived, we were expecting a small house with lots of grapes. What we didn't expect was a luxurious castle of a place.
We toured around their winery as our tour guide, Paul, told us a brief history about the Chateau des Charmes and its owner, Paul Bosc, an Algerian who has spend about his whole life into making wine.
Paul also showed us the many different areas of the winery and their process behind making their wines. We also got to sample 3 different wines; two reds and one white.
Afterwards, we headed to Niagara Falls and boarded the Maid of the Mist.
We finished the day off with some nice long shutter night photographing on the roof.
